• Priority seating is available on a first come, first served basis and is subject to Front Row capacity.
• Meet & greet access may vary depending on artist, celebrity, designer, security, scheduling, and event management protocols.
• No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
• All VIP Access Card sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Event schedules, show timings, participating guests, designers, celebrities, and event dates are subject to change without prior notice.
• VIP Access Cards will remain valid for any revised event dates.
• Changes in schedule, programming, guest appearances, or event dates shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
• Non-attendance, late arrival, denial of entry due to security or venue regulations, loss of access credentials, or failure to utilize the VIP Access Card does not entitle the holder to any refund, replacement, or compensation.
