Shipping & Delivery

We ship within India and to most countries. Every parcel is trackable, and a tracking link is emailed to you when your order leaves us.

Shipping charges

India: free over ₹1,000 — a flat ₹100 below that.

International: free over ₹10,000 — a flat ₹3,500 below that.

The threshold is applied to your order value at checkout. Prices shown in a non-INR currency are an indicative conversion of a fixed rupee amount.

Order processing

Orders are quality-checked, packed and handed to our courier partners within about 4–6 business days. This is in addition to the delivery times below.

Estimated delivery times

• India: about 6–8 days, and up to 14–21 business days for remote pincodes.
• US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Korea and similar: about 2–5 weeks.
• Latin America, the Middle East and other regions: about 4–8 weeks.

These are estimates for normal conditions. Peak seasons, weather, and customs clearance can add time. A new tracking number can take 1–7 days to show its first scan.

Customs and import duties

Import duties, taxes and clearance fees on international orders are set and collected by the destination country’s customs authority when the parcel arrives. They are the recipient’s responsibility, vary by country and item, are outside our control, and are not included in the product price or the shipping charge.

Address accuracy and undelivered parcels

Please enter a complete, correct delivery address and a reachable phone number — we can’t change the address once an order has shipped. Some deliveries need a signature. If a parcel is refused, or returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, a restocking and re-shipping charge of 30–50% of the item value may apply before any refund (see the Refund Policy).

Multiple shipments

Because items can ship from different locations, your order may arrive in more than one parcel, each tracked separately. Contact us if part of an order seems to be missing after all tracked parcels have been delivered.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, check with others at the address and with the carrier first, then contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Tracking

Track any order at track.wear.style with your order number and the mobile number on the order, or from your account. If you haven’t received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
